Information about the structure of the board of directors:
According to Article 27 of the Company's Articles of Association, the Company is run by a Board of Directors consisting of five main members and can, in addition to the main members, have two substitute members too. All members of the Board of Directors are legal entities, representatives of which (with the exception of the managing director and finance manager) independently manage the affairs of the company. Managing Director has been chosen by the board of directors from among the members.
